Affordable Housing
The affordable housing complex has 390 housing units, including 58 studio units, 214 one-bedroom units, 79 two-bedroom units, and 39 three-bedroom units.
Long-Term Care
The community living and care campus also includes a 122-bed Long-Term Care home with 34 private beds and 88 basic beds.
Intergenerational & Community Involvement
The Generations campus model facilitates interactions between residents, volunteers, and families, reinforcing strong community ties.
Volunteers and family members will actively participate in religious, cultural, and social activities, including daily and monthly prayers, celebrations, and traditions.
Intergenerational storytelling, mentorship programs, and shared learning experiences will promote knowledge exchange between seniors and younger generations.
Recreational programs, such as music therapy, group excursions, and cultural storytelling, will preserve traditions and reinforce collective identity across generations.

The community living and care campus at Generations Toronto comprises affordable housing and a long-term care home.

The campus will also offer additional amenities for residents and the broader community.
Food Commissary: Anticipated to produce 2,000 culturally appropriate, affordable meals daily for the community and affordable housing residents.
Primary Health Care Centre, including mental health support.
Early Childhood Development Centre for approximately 60 children allowing intergenerational programming.
A multi-purpose hall will host a variety of activities, including religious ceremonies, for residents, families, and the community to participate in.
